I am a General Health Psychologist. For over 20 years I have worked as a psychotherapist, with ongoing training: two postgraduate degrees, several specialisation courses in couples therapy and official EMDR certification, among others. I support people with a wide range of emotional difficulties: anxiety, work-related stress (burnout), depression, fears (specific phobias, social phobia), loss of control (episodes of anger), difficulties related to identity and sexual orientation, attachment and trauma. I also work with family and couples therapy.
