Purpose
To manage appointment and information requests received via the form, WhatsApp or phone, and to provide and follow up the contracted psychology and speech therapy services.
Legal basis
The consent of the data subject when submitting their data, the performance of the care relationship, and compliance with legal obligations in the healthcare field.
Retention
Data will be kept for the duration of the care relationship and, afterwards, for the periods legally required (including clinical record regulations). It will then be blocked and erased.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Data processors are used (web hosting, analytics and messaging) with contractual guarantees under the GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@elteuespai.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
