She works with children, adolescents, young people and adults from an integrative perspective centred on attachment, emotional regulation and the respectful support of developmental processes. She is especially interested in understanding each person within their context —family, school and life— and, from there, building tailor-made therapeutic processes adjusted to each person's pace and moment.
She describes herself as a close, curious professional committed to rigorous clinical practice. She believes in the importance of creating a safe space where the child, adolescent or adult can express themselves freely, and where the family feels supported and guided. She has experience in intervention with neurodivergent profiles (ASD and ADHD), in re-education programmes, and in supporting adults going through processes of anxiety, stress and emotional difficulties.
