Assessment and intervention with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I work from an integrative and relational approach, understanding that many emotional and attachment difficulties originate in lived experiences, the family system and how we learn to relate to ourselves and others. I define myself as approachable, spontaneous, creative and sensitive to people's emotional world. I am passionate about creating therapeutic spaces where each person can feel safe, understood and accompanied with authenticity, respect and absence of judgement. My approach integrates the emotional, the bodily and the relational, paying special attention to the therapeutic bond, emotional regulation and each person's inner resources.
